The Courier-Mail reported our sale of 75-85 Cleveland Street, Stones Corner, in July 2026. Gardner Vaughan Group paid $23.16 million. Tom Barr of RWC Queensland struck the deal off-market, before the property was listed.
The 3,846 square metre site carried approval for 226 apartments in two twelve-storey buildings. That put the price at $6,022 per square metre of land and $102,473 per approved apartment.
Barr told the paper that builder-developers are the most active buyers of apartment sites in Brisbane at the moment, because they can start on site themselves. Gardner Vaughan Group builds what it develops.
We began assembling the holding in 2021 and spent the next few years buying lots and working the scheme through to approval.
