Gardner Vaughan Group buys $23m Brisbane site

Ray White Commercial published its own account of the Stones Corner sale, recording $23,159,000 for the 3,846 square metre site.

Tom Barr, managing director of RWC Queensland, brokered the transaction. The release notes the High Density Residential zoning, the approval for 226 apartments across two 12-storey towers, and that the deal was done off-market.

It records the buyer as Gardner Vaughan Group, the family business run by Guy Gardner and Sam Gardner.
