How the site came together

We bought 899 Stanley Street in December 2025. It is a showroom on 845 square metres, and it had not been offered for sale in 130 years. In February 2026 we bought the properties next door, 893-899 Stanley Street East & 10 Hampton Street, at 1,770 square metres.

The site today

Both properties have existing tenants and both are still trading. We are supporting those businesses while the planning work continues. Nothing changes on the ground until there is an approved scheme and a start date, and the tenants will know before anybody else does.

Where it sits

East Brisbane, about three kilometres from the CBD. The Gabba is a short walk. The river, Kangaroo Point and the new green bridges are close, and Stanley Street carries buses into the city.
